Anzo Black Projector with HALO 111196

These headlights really do look good and this would be a 5 star review however one of the lights I received is not working properly. The driving lights and high beams work fine but the set of 4 LEDs under the corner light on the driver’s side light do not work. I installed the passenger side first and it works perfectly. Driver’s side is wired the exact same but has the faulty LED issue. When I informed XDP and provided pictures of the the issue they contacted ANZO. I was then told by XDP I would have to mail the headlights back to ANZO for inspection before a replacement would be issued. Well, in order to install these I had to remove the HIDs that were already in the truck. This requires removing the HID ballasts as well. Nothing overly complicated but time consuming none the less. So now, to get a fully functioning set of headlights I have to uninstall these lights, reinstall the HIDs and ballasts (or purchase standard bulbs to avoid having to re-wire the ballasts), mail the ANZOs back, wait for the replacements, and then complete the install process again. ANZO could easily send me a replacement driver’s side light and allow me to ship the defective unit back so I only have to do the swap once and avoid any down time without the lights. Again, they are a great looking product. I just wish one of three things were different 1) my set wasn’t defective 2) ANZO had better customer service or 3) XDP Stepped up for their customers when a vendor’s product/customer service leaves that customer very inconvenienced.
