The ATS 2049202272 Pulse Flow Exhaust Manifold for your 03-07 Dodge 5.9L Cummins increases reliability and improves exhaust flow while eliminating the common cracking issues with your stock exhaust manifold. Designed as a bolt-on upgrade the ATS 2 piece manifold features a patented ball flange design that allows for expansion and contraction without cracking like the factory manifold. Includes engine to manifold gaskets.

Overall very well-built manifold. Easy installation and didn’t have to worry about ordering any of the gaskets or anything because it comes with it all.

I installed the manifold this weekend and upon starting the engine it sounded like a powerhouse :) Then drove it. I ran as good as it sounded. I also have ATS intake. Just the additions no chips. Wish I had done this years ago.My truck is 03 HO. If you can get one you will not be disapointed.signed,True believer

I had this manifold installed on my '03 Cummins and it was well worth the money that I paid for it. It does help the turbo spool up faster and that helps to smooth out the power band. The truck also sounds more powerful through the exhaust. Overall, well done by ATS.
