irritating install
2
Unless your stock manifold is hosed, save your money. Zero difference in performance OR economy, and unless you want your children to learn every cuss word in your arsenal, it's best to do the install while they're in school. Those of us who shoot for a factory-like fit & finish are guaranteed to be disappointed by the [email protected]$$ little bracket for the heater hose/pipe that's included; you'll get a chuckle out of having to bend the crap out of the factory tab, and use one of the left-over spacers from your factory manifold bolts, in order to get it to go back on without the pipe rubbing on anything, and then the hose ends up RIGHT above the exhaust elbow...gee...that's not HOT or anything. On the upside, it's a quality piece that's certainly a bunch stouter than the stock one. Just be prepared to use a little ingenuity to get it on in a "sanitary" fashion, without that irritating cobbled-together look.
