Auto Meter Dual Gauge Pod 17218

I used the autometer dual gauge a pillar trim to mount two banks datamonsters in my 2015 ram 2500. Total install time was about 30 minutes, including removing the original trim with the grab handle, lightly sanding the holes for the guages so they had a slightly snug fit that wasn't overly tight, wiring them up, and bolting the new trim piece with the gauges on. Fitment with the trucks interior was flawless, and the color is a close enough match that it looks almost like the truck came with the gauges from the factory. I ordered a 2 guage pod to fit 2 1/16 - however my 2 1/16 guage is slighlty bigger. It fits if I use some force to wedge it in. I checked my sizes, they are correct. Do these come slighly bigger and or supposed to fit very snugg? Afraid im going to brake my guage inserting it. Other than that fits the pillar perfect. Wish offered black for interior.
