It includes mandrel-bent 3.5 high-flow boost tubes large, high-efficiency all-aluminum end tanks a wide-open inlet and outlet a 20% thicker core area with a 27% improvement in volume and a colossal super-flow High-Ram intake manifold.
Techni-Cooler dramatically increases the cooling capacity by balancing the richer fuel mixture with greater airflow and cooler, denser air. Overall a good kit. The larger intercooler left very little room to fit the bumper mounting bolts in, I was almost afraid it wouldn’t work, but I believe I may have cut them shorter so they didn’t hit the intercooler when tightened down. Rubber boots fit very tight, and while a bit tough to install, I wouldn’t be concerned about any of them getting blown off the tubes. No complaints about any of the parts in the kit, works well with my compound turbo setup.

Great kit! I have a 2nd gen turbo kit and had to shorten 1 pipe, but made it work and it all looks and works great!

I purchased his as an upgrade and all I can say is wow! Yes it is a tight fit installing it but we'll worth it. The truck spools up quicker and less black smoke with all the power I need to pull.

I have a Snow MPG Max Water/Methanol Injection on my 5.9 Cummins. Will i have to replace that boot or tap the manifold?

The Banks Power Techni-Cooler Intercooler comes with a pre tapped manifold. This is where we’d suggest installation of the water methanol when installing this kit.
