Description
The Banks Techni-Cooler Intercooler System is superior to the stock intercooler and a great upgrade for your 203-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. This intercooler system helps eliminate restrictions, drastically increasing the cooling capacity for reliable continuous power. This kit features an intercooler with high-efficiency all-aluminum end tanks instead of weak factory plastic units that can rupture under high-boost conditions. This intercooler has a wide-open inlet & outlet, a 19% thicker core area with a 21% improvement in volume, and mandrel-bent 3.5 high-flow boost tubes that connect to a High-Ram intake manifold.
The Banks Techni-Cooler Intercooler significantly improves cooling capacity by balancing the richer fuel mixture with greater airflow and cooler, denser air. Denser air delivers more oxygen, which engine efficiency via improved combustion. The result is more continuous power and more power at any exhaust gas temperature (EGT), improved fuel economy, and lower EGTs. That's a truckload of features! Banks Techni-Cooler delivers a massive reduction in boost air temperature with a minimal loss of boost pressure. It doesn't get any cooler than Techni-Cooler! Mounting hardware included.

The charge pipe angle was off had to cut and re weld to make it work didn’t have time to wait for another one to be shipped the boot that goes to the turbo doesn’t fit overall complete junk should’ve went with the Mishimoto intercooler and pipe kit do not recommend for anyone

I actually put this kit on my 6.0 powerstroke truck on an oil well site location, in the middle of nowhere. I don't suggest this to anybody to do, but the kit bolted on great; and with basic tools. I could feel a difference in power thru the middle to top end when driving on the hwy and passing cars. Good setup to have.

Easy to install really good mid to high rpm while on highway. Also the customer service from xdp has to be thw best all in all best place to buy from and great cs
