Description
The BD-Power 1045965 Exhaust Manifold is a direct-fit for your 2007.5-2018 Dodge Ram 6.7L Diesel 2500/3500 pickup. The fully divided pulse manifold is made from high-silicon ductile iron. Each manifold designed to withstand extreme temperatures and vibration. The precision slip joints allow for expansion and contraction, which reduces cyclic thermal fatigue and greatly increases manifold longevity.

Great fit, took just under 3 hours from start to finish. We did however froget to install the little brass plugs just above where the turbo mounts on the first test, after that it was great.

Truck used commercially as hot shot. Heavy all the time. Had been fighting exhaust leaks for last 100k miles. Looking back should have installed this 2 piece manifold and Fleece studs 250k miles ago. Have 10k miles on new manifold... temps down, have checked studs twice and no issues. Fit great. Awesome product.

So the good part 1st. It lines up perfect with 6.7 block and the supplied studs are great. I haven't had it out much but so far love it. I have no complaints with the part so far. It's very well built. Much thicker than oem. So for the bad, which isn't horrible. Because it's thicker and redesigned, it doesn't go on as easy as oem comes off. You have to drop the turbo. It's not a simple plug and play. I'm still giving 5 stars cause it's a great part just takes some extra work.
