Description
The BD-Power E40D Transmission & Converter Package improves the stock transmission in your 1995-1997 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke to keep up with the upgraded torque created by the engine’s performance parts. Each transmission packages includes a BD rigid aluminum heavy duty transmission pan which adds extra oil capacity and minimizes case flex, a double lock-up converter with X-Stator technology, and a BD auxiliary full flow filter kit for extra protection.
The BD-Power Transmission & Converter Package includes a heavy-duty clutch with up to 25% more material than stock and a new design valve body that attains up to 80% higher clutch apply pressures over the stock unit so it can continue to perform.

Warranty Note:
A new BD-Power Torque Converter must be installed at the time of installation of a BD-Power Transmission. Use of a 3rd party or OE Torque Converter will void transmission warranty.
