CA Conversions Allison Conversion Kit (2013-2016 Dodge 4WD)

CA Conversions specially designed adapter and flex plate allows you mate your engine to the Allison transmission.

Eliminating the need to change your entire Transfer Case, the CA Conversions Transfer Case adapter features a durable aluminum construction and fits between the tail housing of the Allison and the Dodge Transfer Case. This adapter provides you with the proper clearances and speed sensor. Fits GM Allison 2001-2010 transmissions only.    

CA Conversions Wiring Harness Kits include the harness, pre-programmed TCM, and CA Conversions Black or Blue Box (depending on the application). As any enthusiast knows, wiring harnesses and electrical components can be the most difficult part to figure out when doing any sort of swap or conversion. This is why the CA Conversions Harness Kit includes all the electronics you need to get your Allison conversion up and running. All 6-speed wiring harnesses have the tap shift function. 

An essential part to properly cooling your transmission, CA Conversions Transmission Cooler Hoses are available in #8 or #10 depending on the size of your bell housing cooler ports. Manual to automatic Dodge conversions will require a transmission cooler.

6.0L Powerstroke Starter - CA Conversions recommends XDP's XD255 Wrinkle Black Gear Reduction Starter. 

Driveshafts need to be lengthened and shortened for 4WD trucks.
