DDP ISB75

These injectors are awesome. My truck puffs smoke upon every gear shift. I have a Cummins 24 valve Dodge that never smoked from the time that I bought it. The power that is produced is unbelievable. The truck is also getting around 2 miles per gallon better gas mileage. While accelerating under a load it blows black smoke, but dissipates while at highway speed. Towing is effortlessly. Worth every penny.
Huge power increase

Questions and Answers

For 150hp injectors do i really need a twin turbo set up? or can i just put a big charger on it?
View Staff Answer
Answer
We recommend running a compound set up on the truck. Compound kits offer you a better fuel/air ratio for daily driving characteristics. Larger single turbo’s often have more turbo lag.
What turbo upgrade is recommended? I have 98 24 valve and looking at 100hp injectors, big connector tubes, stock vp 44 and airdog lift pump. Why do I need the upgraded turbo? I am not going to race the truck but planning to build it a little as a daily driver and show truck.

Answer

Too much fuel and not enough airflow is the reason a larger charger would be needed. Incorrect air/fuel ratio…excessive fuel to air ratio will result an incomplete combustion of fuel and excessive black smoke. Give our diesel experts a call at 1-888-343-7354 and we’ll suggest the best turbo for your application/needs.

Dose these ddp 75 hp injectors come with new rings and washers?
View Staff Answer
Answer
Included with these injectors are new injector O-Rings as well as new copper washers.
Do I need a bigger turbo if I'm only putting a 75hp injector?
View Staff Answer
Answer

The 75HP injector are the largest size we recommend with the stock turbo.
