The factory flex plate in your 2007.5-2012 Dodge/RAM Truck is a weak link! Eliminate it with the Diesel Performance Converters DPC 68SFP Heavy-Duty Flex Plate. The DPC Heavy-Duty Flex Plate features a stamped steel construction and is double the thickness of the factory flex plate in your truck. This Flex Plate has a 29.1 SFI approval and is geared towards a budged minded build, or anyone that doesn't plan to push the limits of their truck. This stamped flex plate is a very affordable alternative to the billet flex plates out there for those that aren't racing.

Flex plate showed up super quick and fits perfectly. I am a mechanic for Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram, and typically hate installing aftermarket items as they almost never line up correctly or need to be manipulated to work. That’s not the case here, everything lined up just like it was an OEM part and it even has a note in the box saying not to use the oem spacer ring. Great upgrade.

Installed in a work truck with a small tune. Worked out better than using a billet flex plate. Cost effective and great quality. Used factory flex plate bolts without the original shim as per DPC. Works great!

The DPC 68SFP Heavy-Duty Flex Plate does not require you to reuse the OEM spacer ring.
