ATS Built G56 Transmission 18421 500.00 ATS Built G56 Transmission
$ 4788
Replace the worn G56 transmission in your 2005.5-2012 Dodge 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins with an ATS Built G56 Transmission. ATS manual transmissions feature cryo-treated internals and other upgrades to address weak points in shafts, gears and synchros. Manual transmission can also be combined with clutch upgrades for mild or extreme power. Note: Due to core limited core supplies, these transmissions are only offered on a rebuild basis. Meaning that you must remove your G56 Transmission, and send it to ATS for a rebuild. At this time, there are not enough cores on the market to satisfy the demand of an exchange program. Please plan for this and the downtime when ordering. Warranty Information:ATS manual transmissions carry a 1-year/12,000 mile Warranty. ATS will not pay for any fluids replaced in the event of a transmission failure. Manual transmission shafts and gears are not covered by this Warranty on any transmission due to the capability of certain situations to cause stress-loads beyond the structural ability of the shaft or gear.

South Bend G56-OFEK Dyna Max Upgrade Clutch Kit 1394 96.00 South Bend G56-OFEK Dyna Max Upgrade Clutch Kit
5 5 2
$ 1285.25
The South Bend G56-OFEK Dyna Max Upgrade Clutch Kit for your 2005.5-2018 Dodge 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins G56 will stand up to added horsepower and torque from aftermarket performance upgrades such as a performance programmer or module. When choosing a clutch it is very important to match the appropriate horse power and work load. For example: The MU 0090 Rally and MU 0090 Con O are capable of handling the horse power and torque ratings provided in our listings, but if the truck is used for heavy hauling when coupled with torque ratings exceeding 600 ft. lbs. damage to the clutch disc WILL occur. The cause and effect is the 12 1/4" disk does not provide enough dampened area to absorb the added torque of the Cummins along with heavy hauling. These two clutch kits are fine for light towing and performance. If you are going to be towing in excess of 8,000 lbs. while exceeding 600 ft. lbs. of torque you must go with the MU 13-1.25 Con O, OFE or FE. This will offer a clutch that will handle heavy towing with vehicles equipped with the higher torque ratings. This clutch only applies to trucks with 5 speed transmissions and early 6 speeds that are not equipped with the HO engine. If a 12 1/4" clutch is purchased and gets destroyed at the dampened portion of the disc, warranty will not be granted.Features:Direct ReplacementIncludes HydraulicsSupports 450 HP and 900 Ft. lbs. Torque

$ 832
The Valair Heavy Duty Upgrade Clutch NMU70G56-01 for your 2005.5-2017 Dodge 5.9L/6.7L Cummins is better than the OEM clutch you get from your dealer. This is due to the better quality materials used, the quality of the manufacturing process, and QC. Some companies also offer higher plate loads as options to the standard plate thus giving the clutch better holding ability than its OE counterpart. Best suited to trucks without or only minor power modifications. Good for light towing at stock HP levels. For use on 2005.5 and up G56 6-Speed Transmissions. Features: 13.00" x 1.375" Stock Organic Replacement Premium Brass Woven Organic Facings HD Spring Hub Rated @ 400HP / 900 ft lbs Torque 3400# Pressure Plate Kit Includes: New G56 Solid Flywheel, Pressure Plate, Clutch Disc, Release Bearing, HD Pilot Bearing, Bolt Kit, and Alignment Tool and Upgraded HD Hydraulic Kit NMU70HYD-03 G56 Gear Rollover Facts: When converting a G56 transmission over to a solid mass flywheel vs. dual mass flywheel, gear rollover is inevitable. Gear rollover noise is often heard when the vehicle is idling or under a load in low RPM ranges (often referred to as sounding like marbles in the transmission). This is completely normal. Gear rollover noise is caused by reverse engine spike and can in most cases be drastically reduced by simply changing the oil in the transmission or reducing engine spike produced by inadequate engine components (ex. misfiring injector, FCA problems, Electronic programming). The oil recommended by the transmission manufacture Mercedes-Benz is Mobil Delvac Synthetic Transmission Fluid 50. We at Valair Inc. recommend draining completely and refilling with 7 quarts. Only 6 quarts will fit when utilizing the fill hole, the final quart will need to be filled through the shift tower.

$ 1175
The Valair Heavy Duty Upgrade Clutch NMU70G56-06 is the perfect option for your high performance 2005.5-2017 Dodge 5.9L/6.7L Cummins. Utilizing two different buttons on the clutch disc these clutches are aimed at the moderate performance trucks. Driving manners are very good for everyday driving and towing. Take-off is relatively smooth and offer more slip and forgiveness than the ceramic/ceramic clutches. While the holding power for the Kevlar faced clutch is higher than the organic/organic faced clutches, the main advantage is less wear on the flywheel and longer life. Ideally suited to trucks with moderate performance power modifications. If towing more than the occasional 7,500-10,000lbs the Organic Dual Disc will be a better option. Features: 13.00" x 1.375" Performance Replacement Kevlar / Ceramic Buttons HD Spring Hub Rated @ 500HP / 1000 ft lbs Torque 3400# Pressure Plate Kit Includes: New G56 Solid Flywheel, Pressure Plate, Clutch Disc, Release Bearing, HD Pilot Bearing, Bolt Kit, and Alignment Tool and Upgraded HD Hydraulic Kit NMU70HYD-03 G56 Gear Rollover Facts: When converting a G56 transmission over to a solid mass flywheel vs. dual mass flywheel, gear rollover is inevitable. G56 Gear Rollover Facts: When converting a G56 transmission over to a solid mass flywheel vs. dual mass flywheel, gear rollover is inevitable. Gear rollover noise is often heard when the vehicle is idling or under a load in low RPM ranges (often referred to as sounding like marbles in the transmission). This is completely normal. Disengagement Noise: On all dual and triple disc clutches, a noise will be associated with the disengagement of the clutch. This is due to the intermediate plate(s) floating freely in the lugs of the flywheel. This is NOT a bad throw out bearing!!! The noise can possibly get more noticeable during the break-in period of the clutch due to the intermediate plate(s) seating in.
