FASS STK-1003B 5/8" Suction Tube (In Fuel Module No Bulkhead Fitting)

That fancy flex hose on the picture is NOT in the kit; what is included instead is this bulky and ridiculously stiff hose for the job. Instructions are not even for the application advertised (Dodge Ram 2nd gen). The difficulty of dropping the tank by yourself with 15 gallons of fuel left is increased when trying to fit this PoS; the hose would always kink. By the time is short enough that it would not kink, cant slip it over the tube, forget about installing the clamp. This kit does not justify US$56. All of this started because the hoses that came with the FASS TS D10 125G are rotted; I had the supply side going to the pump burst around the rocker panel and wanted to replace the rest of the hoses to avoid issues and perhaps a fire or the truck leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere with a trail of diesel behind me. FASS is shady; woudnt be surprised if the pump fails one of these days. This is not a work truck, is not a rock crawler, not a hauler or an off road king; I drive it 98% in the city and highways. System was installed in 2016 and it has less than 2,000 miles. Having the 1/4 tank issue is very annoying, and I just lost $56 and 2 hours of my time.
