Description

The FASS T D10 240G Titanium Series 240GPH Fuel Air Separation System for your 1994-1998 Dodge 5.9L Diesel is engineered  to be the top performing, longest lasting and most reliable aftermarket filtration system in the diesel industry. Rated at 240 gallons per hour and backed by a limited lifetime warranty, the Titanium Series offers advanced filtration that will help protect your diesel fuel injection system, effectively extending the life of your Injection Pump and Injectors. These benefits include: improved filtration rating of 3 Microns, a built in water separation filter and FASS Fuel Systems patented air/vapor removal process. For highly modified engines (1200HP-1500HP).

This kit includes a FASS STK-1002 (Bulkhead and Suction Tube Kit). Machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum, the Bulkhead fitting functions as both a suction tube and return and features a 5/8" Suction Tube along with a 1/2" Fuel Return Port. This specially designed Suction Tube Kit allows the user to plumb their FASS return line directly to the bulkhead fitting, eliminating all cutting of the filler neck, and significantly speeding up the installation process. The pickup tube is fabricated of PTFE Teflon which can be easily cut to adapt to different depth of fuel tanks. Properly installed, you can safely operate down to about 1/8 tank of fuel.

FASS Silencing Technology (FST)
Developed by the engineering team at FASS Fuel Systems to help reduce the noise created by aftermarket fuel and air separation systems. By using radius cuts, tighter tolerances on all gears and a high quality military Specd Coating over the aluminum base, FASS Fuel Systems is able to develop the quietest fuel air separation system on the market.

Performance Radius Cuts (PRC)
An advanced machining technique used to improve the flow of fuel through the pump by creating smooth flowing cuts within the aluminum housing. This prevents the reintroduction of air and vapor back into the fuel and also to prevent stagnant fuel pockets from forming within the corner of a 90 degree bend.  FASS Titanium Series Fuel Pumps are the only Fuel Air Separation System that incorporates these exclusive Performance Radius Cuts, lesser competitors commonly use T-Bone and square 90 degree fittings that can limit fuel flow, cause restrictions and reintroduce air back into your fuel.

Mass Flow Return (MFR)
Technology is used to continually ?polish? your fuel by keeping a positive pressure on the fuel being delivered to the engine and returning the fuel, that?s not yet needed, back to the tank after it has been passed through the filtration process, removing dirt, air, vapor and water. This means your fuel is constantly being moved and cleaned. This guarantees that your truck always has the freshest and cleanest fuel possible.

Bolt On Bracket Mounts
Old mounting styles required drilling or welding when mounting your pump. This has been simplified with the FASS bolt on brackets that utilize your factory bed bolt that secures your truck bed to the frame. Mounting the Titanium Series Pump takes only minutes and all brackets are made from machined steel for durability, support and strength.

So What it Buzzes

Just like my Hot Rod Days these babies sound a lot like Holly Vane Pumps, just not as Loud. you know its working and you can forget about that stupid block pump that fails without warning wasting your injection pump with it and leaving you walking! Performance changes where minimal in my Chevy 12 valve due to the fact I did minimal mods but the peace of mind and added filtration was a no brainer. Made my swap easy due to the fact the kit comes with all hoses and hardware. I used this baby after the tank selector so my dual tanks work great and I have steady fuel under all conditions.
The best, bar none!

I have an '01 VP powered truck with compound turbos, and I thought it had pretty good power before, but it dropped off hard in the high end. I had a Raptor pump which lead to the stock fuel bowl, the lines downsized to stock lines goto the VP44 on the other side of the bowl, which made a restriction. I used to have power drop off around 2400 RPM's, and I mean BAD. Only thing I changed was installing the new FASS 150 setup, and WOW! It definetly was a restriction, the power gained is no lie! And it will pull all the way through the powerband too, not to mention the truck runs a whole hell of a lot smoother especially at idle. The other part I didn't like about the Raptor pump, is that it would run all the time with the key on, and it was noisy as hell. You can't even hear the FASS running. It's damn quiet. I had to have one of the other techs at work flip the key over while I stuck my head next to it to listen. For the money you spend, you get a lift pump, a fuel pressure regulator, fuel filter, and water seperator, but most importantly, an insurance policy of good, reliable fuel pressure for that expensive VP44. I've tried FASS, Airdog, and Raptor... I'll never go with anything besides a FASS, ever again. Lastly, I ordered my product on a Sunday night, and I had it Tuesday morning. Can't beat it for free shipping either! XDP's service is second to none - I called up a couple years back to talk about tuners, and I was well taken care of by their staff. Never any hassles with these guys. Remember, the warranty states that if it isn't bought from a certified dealer, the warranty isn't honored. Those few bucks you might save on fleabay, and I mean few if you've shopped around for a FASS system, aren't worth being without a warranty!
Best upgrade to my truck

Install took longer than expected due to the xdp no drop tank sump.... needless to say I had to drop my tank. Anyway this pump is awesome I bought the 150 for my 01 cummins has no problem fueling my cheetah turbo and 125hp sticks. I also have the smarty stacked with the TST powermax box. Pressure never drops below 13psi WOT. Don't hesitate it's worth the money!

Does this include all lines and fittings for the install?
View Staff Answer
Answer

All is included for a complete installation.

This is labeled as an air separation system, however, is it also a lift pump?
View Staff Answer
Answer
Correct! The Titanium Series diesel lift pumps utilize a motor that's capable of flow rates up to 260 gallons per hour as well as an advanced filtration for your fuel. The system removes water, air and vapor in addition to debris with a filtration rating of 3 micron, far superior over your factory fuel filter. The added filtration helps improve your engines idle, extend the life of the injectors and injection pump.

Titanium Series kits are application specific and come with all required hardware for installation. You should select your pump based off your horsepower number and desired fuel flow.

Which one would be best for my truck?
