FASS Silencing Technology (FST)
Developed by the engineering team at FASS Fuel Systems to help reduce the noise created by aftermarket fuel and air separation systems. By using radius cuts, tighter tolerances on all gears and a high quality military Specd Coating over the aluminum base, FASS Fuel Systems is able to develop the quietest fuel air separation system on the market.
Performance Radius Cuts (PRC)
An advanced machining technique used to improve the flow of fuel through the pump by creating smooth flowing cuts within the aluminum housing. This prevents the reintroduction of air and vapor back into the fuel and also to prevent stagnant fuel pockets from forming within the corner of a 90 degree bend. FASS Titanium Signature Series Fuel Pumps are the only Fuel Air Separation System that incorporates these exclusive Performance Radius Cuts, lesser competitors commonly use T-Bone and square 90 degree fittings that can limit fuel flow, cause restrictions and reintroduce air back into your fuel.
Mass Flow Return (MFR)
Technology is used to continually "polish" your fuel by keeping a positive pressure on the fuel being delivered to the engine and returning the fuel, that's not yet needed, back to the tank after it has been passed through the filtration process, removing dirt, air, vapor and water. Everything was packaged nice and fast shipping only issue is it don’t come with paper instructions on installation or have the parts labeled would be nice so you can know what goes where or what it’s for but YouTube will tell order number 1945652

I decided to install a fass fuel system on my 2005 dodge Ram. Best decision of my life. Runs like a total different truck. Used to have loss of power and problems shifting and my max speed wasn’t higher than 70. The fass fuel system fixed all of that! Highly recommend especially for an older truck.

Well I got the 165 YA D07 thinking it was going to come with a suction tube for the top since I didn’t order a sump to go on the bottom. It came with a new way they’re doing it; you have to completely disassemble your factory pump which was a pain in the ass. I actually cut off the wrong side because they didn’t send me any directions. I was missing a piece and ended up having to pay another additional hundred dollars for a suction tube and now I have to go out and buy a brand new fuel pump because my other one was destroyed by taking it apart. Completely different install than what I have ever seen and thought I was getting. Directions would’ve been nice. Not to satisfied, pretty mad. I’m spending 300 extra dollars on parts to make this thing work.
