Use the Fleece FPE-34771 Exhaust Manifold Stud Kit (7mm External Hex Head) to re-install your existing, or new exhaust manifold on your 1994-2018 Dodge Ram truck with 5.9L/6.7L diesel engine. Exhaust manifolds bolts are subject to countless heat cycles, corrosion, and other extreme underhood conditions. If you pulled your manifold off without any broken hardware, consider yourself lucky. Don't risk re-using the old hardware because we all know a broken bolt can turn a quick project into an all-day affair.
Get new hardware and give yourself peace of mind! The Fleece Exhaust Manifold Stud Kit features an ultra-durable aged 630 stainless steel construction and each stud has a 7mm hex head so you can easily thread these studs into your cylinder head. This stainless-steel design provides you with corrosion resistance, so your studs always look good, and they allow for a higher clamping force and easier exhaust manifold installation.

I would strongly advise against doing business with these guys unless you know for certain what you’re getting yourself into and you’re willing to accept the outcome had an issue with my newly purchased manifold studs, causing the gasket to fail, causing a bad exhaust leak so I went ahead and purchased new as I couldn’t wait for downtime reached out to BD Diesel To pursue a warranty claim, gave them the pictures everything they asked for filled out all the paperwork they requested got everything sent over only to find out at the last second the CEO of the company decided that I didn’t get permission from them before purchasing new stuff to fix my truck so they weren’t going to honor the claim prior to this. I had everything worked out with the representative was actually waiting on the refund mind you this took almost 10 weeks to get to this point after multiple times reaching out finally having to reach out to another representative just to get in touch with the original guy that started the claim it was a huge mess. Ended up eating the cost a second time lesson learned I will never do business and their direction again.
