The Fleece FPE-SF-CUMM-1121 SureFlo Performance Sending Unit will help you get the maximum flow from the aftermarket lift pump in your 2011-2024 Dodge 6.7L Diesel. If you're using a frame-rail mounted lift pump, you'll need to drill a hole in the fuel tank for a sump or run a draw straw. Both methods have drawbacks like cavitation within the fuel pump when air is drawn into the fuel lines due to the fuel tank being less than 1/4 full.
Fleece's FPE-SF-CUMM-2010 SureFlo Performance Sending Unit is specifically engineered to work with aftermarket lift pumps. The factory-style quick disconnects link to the stock fuel lines at the tank, this direct-fit replacement sending unit is simple to install and requires no tank modification. This unit works by pulling diesel from the bottom of the unit's bucket assembly and returning it to the bucket assembly. This prevents air from being sucked into the pump and removes the risk of a 1/4 tank issue. Even at low fuel levels, the one-way check valves on this unit allow diesel to flow freely.
