Description
Replace the cracked or leaking oil cooler in your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke with a genuine Ford Oil Cooler 3C3Z-6A642-CA. The oil cooler can lose its capacity to appropriately cool the oil in your Powerstroke engine as it can be plugged or blocked from debris and contaminants in your cooling system. An improperly functioning oil cooler can cause premature wear and even catastrophic engine failure.
The oil cooler is located at the front of the lifter valley in the engine block and required the removal of the intake manifold for installation. This new, updated Ford oil cooler is more durable than the original design and includes the O-rings and instructions needed for installation.

Right out of the packaging It looks like they handled it very well and it got here quick. I would buy from here again, just hope I don't have too. Kinda dissapointed I didn't see a sticker with it

Long story short I bought a cheap oil cooler and I had to buy another one and this is the one I went with because the cheap $100 one failed. It was an absolute pain having to flush the motor SO MANY times to get all of the oil out of my coolant just a word of advice don’t buy a cheap oil cooler it’s not worth the heart ache this Ford oil cooler gets the job done just fine and I know I can count on it.
