This fitting update is designed to stop minor leaks from the STC fitting that can cause hard starting overnight, rough start up, and long cranks when the truck is hot. The failure prone stock fitting is also known to blow apart, cause your engine to die completely without the ability to restart, leaving you stranded.

Do not waste your time trying to save a little money. Get this Ford Motorcraft kit. Everything is there, turbo oil supply gasket, jig with plastic screws from properly aligning the new STC fitting and quality o-rings.
