Full Send Diesel FSD-09-BE Braided Transmission Line Kit

The lines are really high quality and perfect fit for my 1999 ram 2500 24v.

This kit is of stellar build quality and I was very excited when I found it to replace the factory lines that were leaking on my 1994 12v Cummins. Unfortunately, they are not as "ready to install" as the description says. The inlet/outlet from the factory cooler are intended to attach to simple rubber hoses, but the fittings supplied in this kit have no way of attaching to the cooler or threading in to the female coupling on the original hoses. This required an additional $60+ in fittings and a trip to the hardware store to adapt the kit to the cooler. I don't believe this kit would work with the Mishimoto cooler either as it appears to have the same hardware. Full Send Diesel could build a version where the lines to the cooler have no fittings installed so they can be hose-clamped to the inlet/outlet. Order # 2016409

I bought this kit for my 2000 dodge 3/4 ton 4x4. Its well-built lines but instructions for installation are lacking as far as which end and which line is engineered to go to which connection point. Also when I removed the forward fitting from the engine cooler it was a 1/2” pipe, not 3/8” pipe the kit came with. For the cost, it should include all parts including a correct size fitting or a bushing as needed. I also had to supply my own Odell clamps and ties to secure the lines once installed. The farrow fittings on the cooler were also a 2 hr task that I hadn’t accounted for.
