Description
The Hamilton Cams 07-C-188/220 Camshaft for your 1989-2018 Dodge 5.9L/6.7L Cummins, has outperformed any other cam that Hamilton has tested against to date, from idle to 4,200 rpm. It is also the largest drop-in cam that Hamilton offers. Use with 62mm or larger single turbos or larger twins. Install intake on a 99 centerline, performance springs and pushrods are recommended. If you have had your head or block surfaced, you need to verify piston-to-valve clearance.
For this camshaft to be "drop in" on a 12v engine, you will need no more than .018" piston protrusion and at least .055" valve face depth with a standard head gasket and a 99 intake centerline. On a 24v, you will need no more than .018" piston protrusion and at least .038" valve face depth with a standard gasket. If you do not meet the minimum requirements for piston-to-valve clearance, don't worry, you can still run an oversize head gasket or cut valve reliefs.

2010 6 speed DRWThe one upgrade many over look. Gonna run a tuner and nothing else? Or a S400 conversion or big twins? This is the 1 item that helps all applications. Want true 200-300 EGT drop, smoother engine operation, lower coolant temps, less gear rattle on your 6 speed and dual disk clutch, less vibration laggin below 1500 rpm, no more annoying exhaust drone down low with a heavy load. This is everything you will get with this cam. Drives the stock VGT great. Love this cam, 103 springs, and tappets. If your gonna go s467 get what the charger offers from 1200rpm-4000rpm, and not just a blast at 2200.
