The Hamilton Cams 07-T-002 1.45" Billet Steel Tappets for your 1989-2018 Dodge 5.9L Diesel feature a wider surface area that allows them to spread the load better. With today's inferior oils, this is a major benefit. The 1.45" steel tappets are for use on applications over 5000 RPM with heavy valve springs, or a billet steel cam.
