Goes in fairly easy, fit perfectly, definitely looks way better than the old grid heater, I live in RI and I did this plate with a grid heater delete and I have no trouble starting a 25 year old truck, my EGT’s actually dropped 30-40 degrees after installing this so definitely worth it if you are pushing more than stock horse power
