Description

Industrial Injection Race Series 6.0L Power Stroke injectors are Pure Power Reman injector. Race Series 6.0L injectors provide a boost in engine performance and come in four different power levels. Industrial Injection tests 6.0L Power Stroke injectors on site. Sold individually.

R1 175cc- Race 1 injectors are 50hp over stock injectors. These will provide added horsepower for pulling big loads and better fuel economy.

R2 190cc- Race 2 injectors are 80hp over stock injectors. They are built for the daily driver who tows an occasional load. Minor modifications such as intake, exhaust and turbo upgrades are suggested when running R2 injectors.

R3 225cc- Race 3 injectors are high performance injectors intended for racing and tractor pulling. The R3 injectors are capable of 500rwhp when the truck is setup correctly. Major modifications to the fuel supply system, oil supply system, engine and turbo charger are required when running the race series R3 injectors. For off highway use only.

R4 285cc- Race 4 injectors are the most recent variation of the race series injector. R4 injectors are high performance injectors intended for racing and tractor pulling only. The race series R4 injectors are capable of 600rwhp when the truck is setup correctly. Major modifications to the fuel supply system, oil supply system, engine and turbo charger are required when running the R4 injectors. For off highway use only.

Note: All performance 6.0L injectors require 65psi fuel pressure and adequate oil supply.  Failure to meet critical pressures and volumes will result in injector failure.

Most Popular Questions

What oil supply upgrades do you carry that would be appropriate for these 190cc injectors?
View Staff Answer
Answer

The 190cc injectors do not require an upgraded oil supply system. We recommend an upgraded CAI, Echaust, Turbo (keep EGT’s in check), and an upgraded fuel system (RR & Airdog or FASS system). Some may also recommend custom tunes to be sure your fuel tables and modifications are in balance.

*Recommended for the daily driver who tows an occasional load.

Replacement Injectors Hello, If replacing injectors on a stock 05 6.0 with R1 175cc injectors do I need to replace any other items for them to work properly
View Staff Answer
Answer
We recommend these injectors to anyone needing to replace their current injectors and are looking to gain some performance from their truck. You can run these injectors with a stock turbo system but one of our upgraded turbos or our compound turbo setups would be a better match. With these injectors you will need a fuel system that can supply a constant 65psi to these injectors. You also will need a regulated fuel return system.
It says" injectors" in the description. Is this cost for a set?
View Staff Answer
Answer
The Industrial Injection "Reman" 6.0L Powerstroke Injectors are sold individually. The description is simply referring to the gains from a complete set of 8 injectors.

To help increase fuel economy you’ll have to achieving a more complete burn of your fuel. This is something you’ll accomplish with the addition of a programmer, exhaust and intake regardless of the manufactures you choose. Fuel economy increases can vary, but it really depends on driving habits and the conditions of your vehicle to see the best improvements. Typical gains can be anywhere from 1 - 4 MPGs.
