hard as hell to put on tried for 3 hours to beat the fire wall in so i could get it so i finally gave up and went to a muffler shop and let them put it on But its worth it in the long run deeper sound more torque and a little better fuel millage

This is a must have for anybody with an obs power stroke. I've had mine on for awhile now and it is a huge difference from the stock pancake dp. Its loud in the cab though but you get used to it.

I just installed this down pipe on my 96 powerstroke, I was told you would need to bend the firewall for it to fit, but went in with no problems, it was harder to take out the old one then to install this one. Great performance and fuel mileage is great, went from 14-15 to 16-18mpg. a most buy!! for 94-97 POWERSTROKE'S!!!

There are clearance issues with the trucks equipped with Manual Transmissions. (We have confirmed fitment on Manual Transmissions, but the customers had to make modifications to the system.)
Do I need an adapter to go to 4" pipe after the down pipe?

There is no welding required for this downpipe.
