I purchased this down pipe for my 2010 Dodge 3500. This is a outstanding product, well manufactured and the fit was excellent. Removal of the origional down pipe was harder than the installation of the new pipe. On removal of the origional with the factory catilac converter I discovered inside the pipe before the converter, had a large amount of black soot with no place to go. The PDF can burn away the soot, but with no where to go except into the converter to eventually plug up the converter. MBRP sent me sensor stops for the sensors so they would not thread all the way onto the pipe. (Check before installing for these). Took about two hours, (no need to remove the PDF filter and exhaust system). Excellent fit, reinstalled the sensors into the down pipe, started the truck checked for leaks and went for a road test. No check lites or any problems, gets a little more roar from the exhaust, exceptional throttle response and running empty about four MPG. My system includes the muffler delete pipe and a five inch exhaust tip just to make it look better. For aproximately 200 dollars I made a very important change to my system, kept the PDF and increased my fuel mileage without using a tuner. good stuff MBRP. Would recommend these changes for anyone to do. Comes with good installation instructions and can be accomplished by anyone with basic mechanical ability. This will keep you legal with the FEDS by not removing the PDF. I HAVE ALSO NOTICED THAT MY COOLANT TEMPERATURE IS LOWER. Thanks MRP

The MBRP 4" Dodge 6.7L Down Pipe will offer an improved exhaust flow over your factory downpipe. This will ultimately lower EGT’s and increase efficiency of your engine. There are no guaranteed gains in fuel efficiency beings it depends greatly on your driving habits and the conditions of the vehicle.

Do i need any additional deltes or anything for this or can i just bolt it up and be good? 08 6.7L Cummins

You will not need a programmer to run the MBRP DAL435 4" Installer Series Downpipe.

Will this work with my DPF delete pipe?
View Staff Answer

The MBRP DAL435 4" Installer Series Downpipe would work with a DPF/CAT delete pipe as long as the delete pipe has the same OEM 3 bolt mounting flange as the downpipe.
