Description
The MBRP FAL2313 Heavy-Duty Up-Pipe Assembly for your 2003-2007 6.0L Powerstroke is designed to add durability and reliability while addressing the common failure points of the factory y-pipe. Built from aluminized steel this Y-Pipe assembly features heavy-duty bellows that resist cracking and leaking over time. This Y-Pipe Assembly is a direct replacement for the factory component. It will retain the use of the EGR because it connects to the factory up-pipe flange that is after the EGR riser.

The left pipe was too long and had to be trimmed and re-flared. Overall good product and most likely more reliable than stock pipe. Just be prepared if it doesn't mate perfectly with the turbo inlet.

Does this up pipe kit come with any of the nuts and bolts for the flanges?

Where can I get the nuts, bolts, and gaskets?

You’d install the Turbo Y-Pipe re-using the existing V-band clamp, gaskets and hardware.

He says cab off in video...can you install with cab on and just remove the turbo instead?

For the F250/F350 the easiest access will be with the cab removed. It is possible to remove the Y-Pipe by removing the turbo charger but it is recommended removing the cab to ensure the parts are installed correctly.
