The MBRP IC1975 Intake Elbow & Intercooler Pipe Upgrade replaces the restrictive cold side Intercooler Pipe and Intake Elbow on your 2005-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. The cold side (drivers' side) 3" Intercooler Pipe is made of polished 6061 Aluminum, and features mandrel bends, to eliminate any sharp corners or edges that reduce flow and performance. An Air Intake Horn is also included, which features two pre-installed bungs which allows you to easily add Nitrous, Water-Methanol Injection or even a Boost Gauge.
MBRP has always made awesome products, this is one of them. The hardest part was getting the stock hardware off, but the MBRP intercooler pipe along with manifold elbow installs easily with the right tools. Once installed, I had to take the truck out for a spin and test it, turbo spool up time was increased a little; but it's the peace of mind of not having that plastic pipe from the factory blowing out on you. I would defiantly recommend this to anyone that owns a 6.0. Order number: 430568

Most Popular Questions
Is it safe to run 2 water-meth nozzles with this setup on a 6.0L and do the snow performance nozzles just screw in?
View Staff Answer
The MBRP Intake Elbow has two 1/8" NPT ports which would allow you to safely and easily run two nozzles. Snow Performance uses nozzles that have 1/8 NPT thread. That means they would match up perfectly to the MBRP elbow.
