The Best Systems Start with the Best Materials

Built from heavy duty aluminized steel our Installer Series performance exhaust systems offer a value price without compromising on the quality built into every component. While the seams are a major point of rust through with some budget systems our fully sealed tubing adds years to your system. Constructed to the same specifications as our top of the line Pro Series we back this line with an industry leading 3 Year Warranty.

Built to Perform
You count on your truck to tow all of your gear to where you want it. With your MBRP performance exhaust you can make that happen with up to18 HP more horsepower and 28 ft/lb more torque. Give your truck more pulling power and much improved throttle response with an MBRP diesel exhaust system. Our systems are so much more efficient, it will be easy to see what your truck can really do.

Minimize Backpressure

The secret to getting more out of your diesel engine is to give it lots of cool, clean air. The only way that you can get fresh air in is to get the hot air out. From the spiral louvered high flow muffler to the fully mandrel bent tubing to minimal bend degree angles, your MBRP performance system gets exhaust out fast. Drop exhaust gas temperature by up to 200ºF and set the stage for all the performance you want. An MBRP performance exhaust system is the starting point to getting the most from cold air intakes, programmers, modules and downloaders.

Easy Installation
MBRP systems are as much fun to install as to drive with on your truck. Bolt-on, no weld design makes installing this on your truck a no hassle one and a half to two hour project. Everything is direct fit to the OEM hangers and you get all the clamps and parts you will need, all in one box, no matter what configuration of truck you have.

Sound & Style

Performance is one thing but at MBRP we believe that appearance and sound is just as important. Every MBRP performance exhaust system has been specifically tuned to get the optimal sound from your pickup. With our MBRP brand etched on the tip and our unmistakable styling, there's no question that you have the hottest exhaust on the road - MBRP.

Difficult install

ran into the alignment problem on the first hanger as expected. got it straightened out and thought everything would go as planned but it didn't. a couple of pieces were bent during shipping so I had to fix that and then every single piece all the way out the back was a battle to install. the clamps will hook into the hangers but they don't line up the way they're supposed to. had to pull each piece about half way out so that I could get a clamp on each piece otherwise I would have had to have custom cut a piece of pipe to fit, as they were all too short. installation took several hours and yes I've been a mechanic my whole life so it's not like I didn't know what I was doing. now that it's installed it does sound good. would not want to do it again I would probably try to find a better fitting system.

I got the exhauxt in when XDP said I would. I followed the advice of the other reviewers and cut the old exhaust out with a saws-all. Had the old one out in 30 minuites. Installing the new one I ran into a problem and would recomend that when installing you take out the rubber grommet/bushing out of the first hanger support for the down pipe. The manufacturer missed the angle of the support and I spent a lot of time trying to make up the down pipe to turbo connection. Once I figured out what the problem was and removed the grommet/bushing it made up without a problem. Using a torch to heat up the bar will get it to where it needs to be. Cold bending could work as well. After that the install went just as the directions stated. Once installed and started, it sounds great! Just installed it last night but already seeing my EGTs down at least 150 degrees F. Looks more like probably 200+. I haven't choked it down yet though. Word of caution, if you use your truck to haul with the family and your kids like to sleep in the back seat...I would go with the 4". Like a little noise? The 5" is for you! One last thing. The noise in the cab it not overpowering. I can hear it while regular driving only slightly, but I really notice it when getting into it from a stop.

I have a 2006 Dodge 2500 5.9L Cummins with Automatic Trans. I just installed this system and wow it's some massive pipe. Looks Great. Much deeper in tone. I noticed my fuel gauge doesn't move as fast as it did before. Not sure what the mpg benefit is yet but for sure an improvement. I did not want the system to be annoyingly loud so I got it with the Muffler... I think it's just right. I love it!
