The Merchant Automotive 10406 Lower Radiator Pipe O-Rings (Radiator Side) will replace the torn radiator O-rings in your 2006-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax. A coolant leak at this location is usually just the O-ring seal and does not require the replacement of the hose assembly. This kit come with the 2 different size O-rings that GM used on your application to ensure you have what you need. These O-rings are engineered to meet or exceed the manufacturer’s stringent specifications.

My lower radiator hose connection leaked after draining, flushing and refilling the system at 175,000 miles. The thinner ring fit my 2009 LMM Duramax perfectly. I got a snug fit and a tight seal. A little silicone grease helped to slide things together.
I paid the extra for 2 day shipping. I ordered Saturday and it shipped Monday like I expected. I received it Friday in the US mail. Maybe I will save a few dollars next time...
