Description

The Mishimoto MMTS-RAM-94H High Temperature Thermostat for your 1998.5-2013 Dodge 5.9L/6.7L Cummins is an excellent option for those in colder climates. A defective thermostat can result in engine overheating and potential internal damage. Improve the reliability of your 5.9L & 6.7L cooling system with a Mishimoto Dodge Cummins High-Temperature Thermostat! This thermostat is designed as a direct-fit replacement for your aged factory unit.

The Mishimoto thermostat has a higher activation temperature (205°F) compared to the factory thermostat (190°F for 9910 and 2013 trucks & 200°F for 10-12 trucks). The higher activation temperature restricts coolant flow longer to allow a quicker engine warm-up, making this thermostat ideal for use in cold climates. As with all our products, this thermostat includes the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty, ensuring superior product quality and craftsmanship.

Features:
  • Activation Temp: 205°F (96°C)
  • Direct-Fit Replacement

My truck wouldn’t warm up enough for the heat to work. This fixed that issue easily
Great addition

Had a faulty thermostat in my 02. Didn’t get above 0 out for 2 weeks here in SD so figured I would try a warmer thermostat. Has helped immensely. Pickup stays in the normal range when towing still. Probably gained a mpg or so and pickup runs a little quieter now. Just need to wait a couple minutes before shutting it off. Came with a gasket but they didn’t install it correctly so it was deformed. Luckily ordered one with it.
