This loaded head allows for more long term flexibility when it comes to modifying your truck. Whether you're after more reliability, or all-out horsepower, this cylinder head has you covered. The o-ringed design and upgraded valve springs allow you to run more aggressive upgrades such as injectors, and aftermarket turbochargers. Fits on the right (passenger) side of engine.
