The Pusher 24VSWCA Intake Manifold & Cross-Air for your 03-07 Dodge 5.9L Cummins taps into existing ports, one at the front and rear of the intake plenum. By splitting off the driver-side intercooler tube and creating two parallel paths of air flow in addition to the stock plumbing, cylinders 1, 5, and 6 can be better supplied with air. Built from all TIG welded, 3 mandrel bent tubing, with laser cut 1/2" flange and 1/4" dipstick mount. All intake manifolds come standard with two 1/8 inch NPT ports on the back for methanol/water injection, a boost gauge, etc. This is a complete kit that includes instructions, heavy duty 4-ply silicone couplers, stainless T-bolt clamps, a factory Cummins gasket, factory Cummins bolts, and port plugs for a quality install.
- Constructed of mandrel bent tubing.
- Fully TIG welded with precise settings to produce optimal penetration without impacting airflow.
- Significant drop in EGT's due to better equalized airflow to cylinders 1, 5, and 6.
- Fuel mileage increase
- Increased throttle response
- Faster turbo spool-up
kit is not compatible with the APPS mounted in the stock location on
