Description
The ReadyLift 26-2104 4" Rear Block Kit lets you adjust the rear height in your 2004-2020 Ford F-150. ReadyLift Block Kits feature an OEM style construction and are built from cast-iron to give you maximum durability and a long service life. This 4" lift block adds a more rake to your truck for towing or hauling. The 4" rear blocks have an integrated bump stop landing with cast-in center pins.
