Increase flow and performance in your 2007.5-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax LMM with the S&B Filters 75-5091D Cold Air Intake with Dry disposable filter. Designed as a direct replacement for your factor air intake, this kit simply installs as a bolt-in upgrade. Featuring a washable and reusable "oiled" air filter, this system increases the air flow to your Duramax engine.
