You don't pick up any power with any tune, tested it on a dyno. You can't tune for larger tires, only goes up to 34 inch.

I installed this on a 2004 6.0 powerstroke its awesome.The upgrades in my truck are warren 175/30 injesctors upgraded powermax turbo 6 inch exhaust,spearco intercooler,airdog 150,cold air intake,heads ported and polished,high rev valve springs,valair clutch,custom aged arp head studs,egr delete,This truck is a 329,000 mile motor and a tire shredder.Installation is easy cheap power go big or go home................................buy one james dunlap iowa

Nothing new here if you've read the forums or the reviews. first off, if you plan on connecting a camera - don't bother. The picture is laggy, grainy and essentially useless. So no, it does not support video input (my edge cts worked beautifully with same cable and camera). Secondly, the monitor is embarrassingly bad. It's been a known issue since 2012 (YES, 5 years now!! - check the forums) that the EBP is displayed in kpi, but states psi and it is not corrected. Third, their calibrations for the sensors are not necessarily correct, in other words, their programmers didn't bother to even enter the values right. This means that as a monitor, the device is not reliable and the values can't be trusted. Fourth, the device does not update wireless. This has been a known issue for over 5 years as well, and SCT has made no attempt to fix it. They openly tell you via customer service that they don't recommend using wireless update. They have not even put in the effort to remove the functionality from future units - agian for over 5 YEARS! Fifth, the only help customer support is able to offer is via remote log in during business hours. So be prepared to take a day off so you can be at home with your laptop with SCT support remotely logging into your computer. No weekends support for these guys. Sixth, your livewire TS+ will not connect to your truck via livewire. Following the instructions will result in a communication error every time. Customer support just told me (literally today) that I have to go to my menu setting and make sure my device is not set to go to gauges, but main menu. We'll see if this works. Why wouldn't you put that as part of the instructions, or change the programming! Seven, Customer support has told themselves that they put in multiple tickets for the same item and tech ignores them. You heard that right - SCT ignores their own customer support ticket requests! I feel bad for the front end guys...

The SCT 5015 programmer is designed to work with ONLY the factory emissions installed (Ford 6.4L & Ford 6.7L). No DPF delete features avalible.
Does this tuner have the option to view EGT's? And will it matter that i do not have a EGR delete?

The SCT Livewire TS Performance Programmer 5015 does have the ability to read EGT’s, but SCT is currently working on a new EGT probe for the device and the older probe is currently unavailable. (01/30/14)

The SCT5015 only offer the EGR delete function for the Ford 6.0L (The 6.4L and 6.7L EGR delete is not supported)

The old Livewire had a jake brake option, does this version have it as well?

Yes, The Ford 6.0L’s feature:

Jake Brake

Used as an exhaust brake to increase engine braking while coasting towing heavier loads. Helps lower brake temperatures.

Locked at CT

Keeps the torque converter locked during deceleration to aid in engine braking. This is less aggressive than the Jake Brake file so it may be ideal for smaller loads. It can be used in conjunction with the Jake Brake as well.

Lock in 1-2-3

Locks the converter in 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Aids in engine breaking, increases fuel economy, and can be used for drag racing as well.

Aggressive Tow Haul

Gives a more aggressive shift schedule helping keep the engine in its power band longer while towing. This will also aid in engine braking as well.

Speed Limiter

Allows you to Remove, Increase or Decrease the vehicles speed limiter.

Idle Speed

Allows you to Increase or Decrease the vehicles idle speed.

WOT Shift Points by Gear

Allows you to Increase or Decrease the Wide Open Throttle Shift points of each gear individually.

Shift Firmness Control

Allows you to change the transmissions shift pressure. Controls how firm the shifts will feel. * Vehicles with Automatic Transmissions ONLY

Axle Ratio

Allow you to set the axle ratio (gear ratio) to correct shift patterns and the speedometer on your vehicle.

Tire Size

Yes, the SCT 5015 will have a list of parameters that are preloaded on your device. (Boost, Engine Temp, Oil Temp, Etc.)


Tunes such as a smoke or lope tune would have to be purchased separately from an authorized SCT custom tunner. The SCT Livewire TS Performance Programmer 5015 can store up to 10 custom tunes.
