Description
Keep your induction air cool with the Thermo-Tec 14500 Cool Tube Heat Shield. The design of the cover allows it to fit from 2-1/2 inch to 3-1/2 inch air tubes up to 36 inches long. The lace on heat shield blocks over 98% of the radiant heat of the turbo and exhaust. The kit comes complete with four different color laces, blue, yellow, red and white.

Well as far as short trips go your not going to see a huge difference but on my long highway trips it helps alot in blocking the engines heat. Very nice job thermotech i just wish there was a lace up shield for the intercooler pipes

if you have a diesel truck this thing wont fit the piece isnt big enough. but you can use thermo tec heat wrap with backing
