Description

The Tork Teknology OFV050HP High Performance Overflow Valve eliminates all the overflow valve problems in your 94-98 Dodge 5.9L Cummins. The stock Bosch valves are known to lose spring force causing a loss in fuel pressure resulting in decreased performance. The Tork Teknology Overflow Valve will increase pressures and this will result in better off-idle power and a smoother idle.

This durable plated, corrosion-proof valve is designed for use with moderately modified trucks using an Airdog, FASS or other high volume performance fuel pump.

WOW!!

Before I installed this I had to actually press on the gas pedal to keep from rolling back on a hill. This overflow bolt changed my truck completely, better take off and idle but best of all consistent fuel pressure.

The Airdog is set at 30psi and this is set at 37-45psi so how will it bypass fuel?

Answer

The Tork Teknology OFV050HP High Performance Overflow Valve solves the problem of too much diesel being pumped through the overflow valve and back to tank. Fuel pressure is in the 37 to 45 PSI range, at full power. If you are using the original Air Dog pump, it is factory set at 30 PSI. If you want higher fuel pressure, you will have to install a 40 or 50 PSI spring. Air Dog II's have an adjustable pressure regulator and don't require the spring option.
