Tuff Country's torsion bar keys are designed as an easy solution to level trucks with factory torsion bars. These replacement torsion bars reindex the factory torsion bars which lifts the truck without cracking up the factory torsion bars. Applications include Chevy/GMC Silverado/Sierra 2500HD/3500HD

Is a Front End Align needed? If you measure and go carefully, while taking out the Torsion Keys. And do the same as you put the Torsion Leveling Keys Back in, and count threads and tighten things back down. Is a Front End Alignment needed ?? If you watch the tires for tire wear from the Camber or Caster Angle. But I would really watch all the front tire surface's

Answer
You would absolutely need to align the front end after installing tosion keys. You would be altering the ride height which would require the alignment angles to be adjusted to accommodate the added height. More than likely the adjustment bolts will not be installed with the same amount of thread exposed from the stock keys anyway.
