Tuff Country 3" Lift Kit

I am not someone who leaves reviews but this is the most disappointing product I have ever bought. Not only did I have to wait 3 months (even though it showed in stock when purchased) but now that I’m installing it, I’m realizing I would have been better off buying a $80 Chinese “lift kit” off EBay. The front spring perch spacers didn’t have the proper holes drilled, the struts are universal boxes with hardware for several different vehicles and no instructions on what to use for your truck, the rear U bolts to lower the axle are 5” too long and need to be cut, and best of all…. 2 of the shocks showed up faulty. One front and one rear I can push/pull them up/down freely by hand and they have ZERO resistance… obviously not working right. I guess I’ve learned my lesson on buying budget suspension components. I though $700 was enough money to get me a decent product but I was shipped a box of garbage. I will never buy a tuff country product for the rest of my life. I haven’t called them yet to replace the 2 garbage struts but based on the product quality I’m guessing they will tell me tough luck.
