With a 3800lb diaphragm style pressure plate quick shifts are still possible while pedal pressure will be just over stock.

Yes, the VALAIR DUAL DISC ORGANIC CLUTCH NMU73ZF5DDS-ORG is an EXCELLENT clutch for a daily driven truck. With the organic plates, clutch feel with be similar to stock without the harshness associated with a ceramic disc clutch.
