Description
The Volant 19860 Air Intake System is specially designed for your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke pickup to increase airflow, horsepower and torque. The Ram Air design pulls the air from the core support and the hood and sends it through a massive air duct to give your engine all the air it can get. Included is a high-flow cotton gauze filter that is both washable and reusable. Featuring High Performance Silicone Connectors and Stainless Steel Clamps, this intake system includes necessary components for installation.

Note: Volant has made a running change and their replacement air filters may come in blue instead of red. The function, design, and the filter media are all the same, it is simply a change in the oil that Volant uses on the filter.

As soon as I opened the box and took pieces out I thought a highschool autoshop project gone bad! Amazing other reviews say this thing looks great when I thought the exact opposite. Not even close to what MSRP or even what XDP sells it for, this is not on XDP but on Volant. Not sure how well it works, and maybe its perfect, but when you open your hood and you see this piece of garbage sitting there, well that is just as important to me. The pieces were not even cut to match up, and pieces of plastic slag would have to be trimmed for other parts to go together. Buy something else is my advice!
