The XDP Fuel Tank Sump is designed for those building a custom fuel system built around a lift pump such as an Air Dog or FASS pump. The XDP Fuel Tank Sump fastens to the bottom of the fuel tank and allows you to plumb in your preferred lift pump. The XDP Fuel Sump is the first sump on the market to feature a single piece horseshoe shaped internal ring allowing for a no tank drop installation. This exclusive feature allows for a faster and easier installation.
To provide a leak free seal, the XDP Fuel Tank Sump has been re-designed to feature (2) o-ring gaskets that install into machined grooves for a perfect fit! Each sump comes ready for installation and includes a barbed fitting for 1/2" hose.

I installed this on a 6.0 powerstroke, I was having issues loosing fuel pressure when the tank would get low. I installed this kit and I haven't had any more problems with loosing fuel pressure anymore.

So I just bought the Fass titanium 150 and didn't want to mess around with the 1/4 tank problem so bought the xdp sump. Love it!!! Install was cake. Hardest part was dropping the tank. I dropped it to ensure no plastic shavings would get inside...which there were a lot. Have had a tank from full to almost empty and no issues whatsoever. Thanks xdp for another great product, excellent customer service and as always....fast shipping!

works great and looks good. i used this with my airdog 150 so i didnt need to drill the top of the tank and i think this is a way better option just be weary if you are low to the ground though it hangs pretty low. order number 895205
