Drop-In Upgraded Turbos

KC Turbos offers the Stock Plus, Stage 1, Stage 2, and Stage 3 Turbochargers that are some of the most popular turbochargers for the 7.3L Powerstroke. All KC turbochargers for the 7.3L Powerstroke feature upgraded 360 thrust journal bearings, an adjustable wastegate actuator, and include everything needed for installation. The KC Stock Plus Billet Turbo is a stock-sized turbo that features KC’s billet compressor wheel and SXE-Style turbine wheel. The KC300X Series Stage 1 Turbo features a 63mm 7x7 SXE-style compressor wheel with extended tip technology and a 68mm SXE-style turbine wheel. The KC300X Series Stage 2 Turbo features a 63mm 7x7 SXE style compressor wheel with extended tip technology and a 73mm SXE style turbine wheel. All stage 1, Stage 2, and Stage 3 turbo come with a 4" ported 0.84 A/R housing with drilled anti-surge for better flow.

KC Turbo manufactures the Jetfire Stage 1 and Jetfire Stage 2 Turbochargers that will enhance the performance of the 6.0L Powerstroke in your truck. These turbochargers are brand new with no core required and include brand-new VGT solenoid as well. Designed as drop-in replacements with no modifications needed for installation, these turbos feature a 360-degree thrust bearing and Jetfire 64mm single plane point milled billet compressor wheel with extended tip technology. The difference between the Stage 1 & Stage 2 turbos is the Stage 1 includes a 64mm 10-blade turbine wheel and Stage 2 comes with a Jetfire 66mm 10-blade turbine wheel.
