The XDP Installer Series EGR Race Track Kit is designed to completely replace the Exhaust Gas Recirculation system (EGR) found on your 6.0L Powerstroke equipped Ford Super Duty. The factory EGR system is prone to many issues such as stuck EGR valves to leaking EGR coolers and even pressurization of the cooling system.

Oil Cooler

Ford's newest version oil cooler for the 6.0L Powerstroke. Thicker internal fins minimize the chance of cooler failure. This is a new Ford OEM (not re-manufactured) oil cooler. Includes gaskets for installation.

Oil Cooler Screen

A Ford design update changed the oil screen material from a cloth screen which came on all 03-07 6.0L engines to a stainless steel screen. This change allows for better filtration of particles in oil and will not tear like the original cloth screen.   

Intake Gaskets

Removal of the intake manifold is necessary to install the oil cooler. As a result, we supply you with a new set of intake manifold gaskets.

Turbo Bolt / O-Ring Kit

New mounting bolts for re-installation of the turbo and pedestal. New spacer washers and line clip along with new O-Rings for the oil return and pick up lines going to and from the turbo. Also included is a new paper gasket that fits in-between the turbo and turbo pedestal.

Note:  Installation of EGR Race Track Kit will cause trouble codes on 05-07 model year trucks. Aftermarket tuning is required.

Kit installed very easily for me. All parts are very good quality. My only complaint was the intake manifold to front cover o-ring is not in this kit. Mine leaked after finishing project. Had to pull intake back off again.
Bad weld on uppipe

The kit in general is awesome, all high quality parts and it came in great time. But whoever welded the end brackets on the uppipe is not too careful of a welder. I'd expect the product to be inspected better before sent to the customer. It will hold and work, but they heated it too much and melted portions of it. It even has discoloration on it from over heating the metal. It looks like a highschooler welded it. Dont have enough time to request a new one since its going on now, so ill have to deal with this one now. Really suprises me with this company.

Great item, high quality parts and hardware. Comes with everything you need. Zero leaks(coolant or exhaust).Customers service is excellent. The kit included a ford packaged turbo gasket , o-ring, bolt kit that was missing a gasket. They had a complete kit on its way to me the next day. I had the dreaded Degas bottle pucking coolant. Thought it was head gasket problems but after some research found the XDP kit. Prior to installing the the kit my ECT/EOT deltas were 15+ degrees just normal driving and 12-16 psi coolant pressure. Now normal driving is around 5 degrees and 5 psi with a max of 10 degrees and 7 psi while towing up a long grade at 65 mph. Thanks for a great product.
Egr Delete and Newer style Oil cooler

I Just installed this kit. 4/7/2013 It took about 16. I took everything off in 2 hours let the intake sit overnight soaking in simple green clean. My intake was caked on with carbon and oil. Some on my intake holes were lucky to be 3/8" big. Swapped out the old oil cooler for the new. THIS KIT has everything. Orings, turbo bolts, up pipe bolts, and all the gaskets. A new style oil cooler from my local Ford Dealer ship is $440 Got this kit for $489 dollars. with discounts.
