Easy process to put together, remember to watch the video on the website because instructions will not come with the parts.
NP 263XHD Transfer Case Repair Kit

The shipping on this repair kit was extremely quick. I think I received it in just two days. The kit included everything needed for the repair except instructions. I thought that was a bit odd but i easily found videos on YouTube of the repair. I found that the replacement part for the oil pump was machined to extremely tight tolerances and had a bit of difficulty assembling it. All in all I was happy with the product.
Poor machining

Had the pump wear through the back half of my transfer case so i got this. When i installed it i noticed the driveshaft went in kind of hard but thought maybe the seal was just tight. Well fast forward a year and the speedometer starts jumping randomly. Out it on the lift and noticed it had been slinging oil out the output seal and the transfer case was cooked. After pulling the transfer case out i could see that the bottom of the output seal and bushing were wore totally through. Obviously the hole was machined slightly too high throwing the alignment of the bushing and seal off compared to the output shaft. This back half cost me the cost of it plus the cost of a reman transfer case and yolk for the driveshaft. Not happy.
