Description
The PPE 124062106 Bar & Plate Performance Transmission Cooler will dissipate excessive heat from the transmission in your 2006-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax. This transmission cooler features a bar & plate core with greater surface area that offers 60% more heat transfer over the stock cooler. The transmission fluid speed is reduced through the bars of this cooler to allow more time for heat transfer. Heat is then radiated from the bar to the plate and cooled by the louvered aluminum fins. This transmission cooler offers bolt-in installation that requires no modifications and a limited lifetime warranty for peace of mind.

Tore my OEM cooler open like a sardine can so had to upgrade. I can say this one won’t have that problem. Trucks runs a hair cooler but it drops right in no problems. Works great!
