Privacy Policy
Xtreme Diesel Performance understands the importance of maintaining our customers privacy online. In a time of spam e-mail, and credit card fraud we understand our customers have the right to know how personal information is handled.
What information does Xtreme Diesel Performance need from me?
When placing an order on this or any other site certain information is needed to processes the order. Your name and billing address associated with the credit card you are using, your credit card information, e-mail address and shipping address.
Why do you need more then one address from me?
In most cases Xtreme Diesel Performance only needs one address, as long as your product is shipping to the same location as your billing information. In order to eliminate credit card fraud your billing information must match the credit card you provide. Xtreme Diesel will ship to any location within the continental U.S. Your shipping information does not need to match the billing information.
What happens to my information when I send it?
The information you provided us will is used only to be used to complete your order. When your credit card is processed, the billing address you provided is then matched to protect against fraud. Only your shipping address and product information goes to our shipping department, all billing and credit card information is kept with the original invoice in our system.
Will my e-mail address be given out?
Xtreme Diesel Performance does not sell or give out any personal information including your e-mail address to any third-parties. The information you provide to us, stays with us. Xtreme Diesel Performance will send out news letters and we will use your e-mail address to keep you informed on new products and specials. If you do not wish to receive our news letter please let us know upon ordering and your e-mail will not be stored in our database.
Is it safe to type in my credit card information?
Yes. Xtreme Diesel Performance uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt your information. When you click on the Check Out button you will notice the browser change from http:// to https://. Depending on your browser you may also have a box appear stating you are about to view information over a secure connection.
When is my credit card charged?
Xtreme Diesel charges your credit card at the time your product is ready to ship.
When using this website, you are subject to the terms in this privacy policy. We will keep your information confidential and secure. Please e-mail us with any questions or comments about this policy.
Shipping Policy
Xtreme Diesel Performance exclusively ships via UPS on all orders considered non truck freight. Xtreme Diesel Performance will only ship to the fifty U.S states and Canada which excludes all other international destinations. In the event that you, the customer, places an order to an International address not listed above, Xtreme Diesel Performance reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
When will my product be shipped out?
Most products ordered will ship within 1-2 business days, some exceptions may include back ordered and/or direct ship items.
How long will it take to receive my product?
If the product is in stock most orders are received within 3-6 business days depending on your location. Non-stock, special order and out of stock items may take 1-2 weeks to be received. If you would like to check inventory or estimated ship date please contact us.
Free Shipping Over $50.00
Xtreme Diesel's free UPS Ground shipping is available on online purchases totaling $50.00 or greater. This free shipping offer is good only to U.S addresses within the 48 contiguous states, which excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Free shipping is UPS Ground. This offer does not apply to truck freight items, Transferflow Fuel Tanks, ATS Transmissions and BD-Power Transmissions.
Free Next Day Air Shipping
Xtreme Diesel's free Next Day Air shipping is available on specially marked products listed on xtremediesel.com. This free Next Day offer is good only to U.S addresses within the 50 U.S. states, which excludes Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Free Next Day Shipping for Canadian Customers - The Free Next Day Air Shipping promotion is NOT available to Canadian customers. XDP will ship any product marked "FREE NEXT DAY AIR SHIPPING" UPS Standard Ground free of charge.
APO/FPO Shipping (Military Address)
Xtreme Diesel Performance CANNOT ship product directly to APO or FPO addresses because XDP utilizes UPS. (which does not ship to APO/FPO addresses) As an option, you may want to consider shipping to a stateside street address and then sending the package to the APO/FPO address overseas via the US Postal Service.
Xtreme Diesel Performance reserves the right to change this offer at any time.
Warranty
Xtreme Diesel Performance does not manufacture any of the products they carry and therefore do not imply nor offer any warranty on them. All product warranties if any, implied have been done so at the discretion of the manufacturer. If you need warranty assistance on any product you've purchased, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Xtreme Diesel would like you to shop with confidence. Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return the item within 30 days from the date it was received for an exchange, store credit, or credit depending on the products condition. (shipping and handling charges are not refundable.) See complete return policy below.
A RMA (Return Authorization Number) is required, and must be written on the outside shipping carton. Call XDP at 1-888-343-7354 to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return shipment instructions.
- Returns must be packaged securely in an outer carton
- Do not write on the product packaging itself. Write only on the outer shipping carton.
- Packages received without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the outer carton will be refused.
- Returnable items must be received by XDP within 30 days of the product being received by you the customer. (determined by UPS Tracking info)
- Returned product must be in new, re-saleable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc.
- Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused or a restocking fee of 5%-10% may be assessed.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return products.
Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued but not limited to:
- Product has been installed and/or used
- Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
- Product is shipped back with out original box, manual and/or parts
- Seal on electrical parts is broken
- Product serial number does not match that of which was original shipped to buyer
- Product is deemed not resell able by Xtreme Diesel Performance due to customers own actions in dealing with the product
All Edge Products, and PPE product returns will not be accepted without an RMA# from the manufacturer. Once you have received the manufacturer's RMA number you still MUST get an RMA number from Xtreme Diesel Performance. Once the product is returned and inspected you will be issued a Store Credit or Exchange.
Shipments refused by you the customer and returned back to XDP will carry an automatic 10% restocking fee deducted from the total credit owed.
Special Order Policy
XDP will special order almost any product that is carried by our manufacturers. To order non-stock, special order items, a pre-payment in full is required. Pre-payment is non-refundable/non-transferable, and special order items are non-cancellable/non-returnable. Manufacturers vary delivery time, so estimated times of arrivals are not guaranteed. Special order products are not listed on the website and must be purchased directly through a sales representative.
ATTENTION: Products on this website are designed, tested, and listed for mid-size diesel pick-up trucks unless otherwise noted. Many products will NOT work on E-series vans, Excursions, 4500/5500 series, F-450/550, heavy duty trucks, and motor home applications unless otherwise specified. If you have any questions about a product working for a specific application please contact us first, refunds will not be given for products installed or attempted to be install on the incorrect application. We believe all prices and information on our website to be accurate. Prices and information on the website can change without notice. Xtreme Diesel reserves the right to completely refund your money in the event of a misprinted price. Xtreme Diesel Performance does not manufacture any of the products we sell. Xtreme Diesel Performance holds no responsibility for any damages incurred from the products we sell. Any warranties offered on the products are through the manufacturer, and not through Xtreme Diesel.
The products on the website are after market performance products and accessories. Install and use these products at your own risk.
