Description
The AEM 21-9221DS Brute Force HD Intake takes the under performing factory air in take system in your 2007.5-2009 Dodge 6.7L Diesel and replaces it with a superior performance intake system. Easily installed, the Brute Force Intake features a washable and reusable oil-free filter media made from non-woven synthetic material. The Brute Force's air filter is located in the original air box space and is protected by a heat shield which is engineered to lower intake air temperature and boost horsepower.

Installation Tech Tip:
The Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor is installed in the intake tube of the air intake system. During installation of a cold air intake, the MAF must be removed and transferred over. While replacement of a functioning MAF sensor is not necessary, it is considered a good practice to inspect, clean, or replace the sensor (if needed) whenever it's removed.

easy install. also good power off of idle compared to stock air box. works well in my 07 dodge cumins 6.7 litre. P.S. about 1 1/2 to 2 mpg on the free way. no noticable mpg gain in town probably because my foot is in the throttle to hear the noticable turbo whine witch is a good thing for me

On 2008 Ram 3500 Diesel with this air intake MPG increased significantly. Smoother acceleration and good increase in overall power. Good product.

i just recently bought this product for my 6.7. the instructions could have been a little more detailed as far as where every single nut and bolt goes. other than that, i noticed a huge difference in power after the first pedal to the floor action. night and day diference from stock to Brute Force. good job guys; keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!!!
