Description
Get a complete seal with the Alliant G2.8 Injector Seal Kit
AP0002. If you have removed your injectors for maintenance or have had an
injector seal failure, then this is a complete kit needed for reinstallation. This
kit includes all the injector body O-rings, crush washer that is located on the
nozzle side, along with the high-pressure oil seal that goes in between the
injector and ball tube making it easier for you to have everything you need. Qty 1 needed per injector and Qty 8 needed per engine (sold
individually).

These are THE injector seals to get for your Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. The problem is when you pay over $50 for 3-day shipping, the seller delays in getting the product out of the door for the 3 days to begin and the order to receipt of the product takes 5 days. Probably will not use XDP again unless I have no other choice.

Had 4 of my injectors o-rings go bad on me. Also a stand pipe sheered in half. Ford told me I would have to buy 4 new injectors. Needless to say I don't have $1,000 burning a hole in my pocket. Did a little research and found the O-rings here and fixed it for a fraction of the price. Thank you kindly.

I’ve always been preferring my o-rings from them and my injector never loose pressure but If I out other o rings they lose a lot of pressure beat one I have ever put in my injectors
